Ven y aprende estrategias para el manejo de tus emociones. Aprenderas un grupo de herramientas para mejorar tu autoestima, comunicacion y relaciones interpersonales, siendo capaz de controlar la ira, ansiedad y miedos que te impiden ser feliz.

Grounding Workshop

If you struggle with anxiety or feelings of depersonalisation, this workshop is for you. Learn about the benefits of grounding and acquire some simple strategies to utilize in times of stress or panic.

Laughter Yoga

This 2 hour workshop will have you literally laughing tears of joy! Our amazing guest facilitator will take you through the practice of laughter yoga. A great way to de-stress and laugh just for the fun of it, you will leave feeling more joyful and much lighter in spirit!

Chronic Pain Management Group

We are grateful to have volunteers from the Local Integrated Health Network come in to facilitate the "Take Control: Take Charge" chronic pain management program. This program runs once weekly for 6 weeks. Contact us to register for our summer group (dates TBA).
