Education and Qualifications
I over 25 years experience in mental health counselling, psychiatric rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury, and employment counselling, but my areas of specialization are anger and stress solutions, bullying, and MVA recovery. If you have experienced bullying as a student or an adult worker, are struggling with "negative" emotions like anger and stress/anxiety, or are trying to come to terms with physical, social, emotional, and cognitive changes after a motor vehicle accident, our practice is here to support you through your healing process.
Education and Qualifications
I am passionate about personal development and empowerment. I can help if you have a concern about: depression, anxiety disorders, stress management, grief (after divorce, death, or immigration), personal development, goals, low motivation, eating disorders, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and so forth. My knowledge combined with my personal and leadership skills, helps people challenge to reach a renewed sense of purpose and achievement.

Education and Qualifications
A counselling student, but also an active law enforcement officer with 13 years of experience. My work as a first responder has instilled in me the value of positive mental health, resilience, self-care, work-life balance and investment in supportive relationships. I have a special interest in occupational stress injury (OSI) and would welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you as you work towards your goals to survive and thrive post-injury and throughout your career. I also have experience holding space for those seeking to reconcile grief and loss. I have gained valuable experience at a local hospice where the primary mission is to provide compassionate care for those at end-of-life and the families supporting them. Martin Seligman says this about treatment: It is not just about fixing what is wrong; it is building what is right. I believe that we all have the instincts and competencies to live into a preferred future that is bright, meaningful and connected.
