Due to the dangers of flu season and the declared COVID-19 pandemic, please note our policy:
If you are exhibiting fever, cough, cold, or flu symptoms, please contact us to either reschedule your appointment or to change your appointment to a virtual one using OnCall Health.
If you have travelled outside of CANADA or to the west coast in the past 14 days OR you have come in contact with someone who has, AND you have a cough or a fever, please do not visit our offices. Please contact us through the online scheduler, or call the office to rearrange your appointment via phone or secure video conferencing.
If you have been in contact with a person who has tested positive for Coronavirus, or who has any other cold/flu symptoms, please contact Niagara Region Public Health. DO NOT visit our office.
For further instruction regarding any symptoms you may have, please contact Niagara Region Public Health at:
This situation is changing rapidly, and we will keep you up to date as our policies change in line with current guidelines.
Thank you for your cooperation! Let's all stay HEALTHY!
As an alternative to on-site counselling and therapy, you may take advantage of telephone sessions or virtual counselling through secure video conferencing provided by OnCall Health. All you need to do is book your appointment as usual and indicate that you wish to do it by distance, and we will set it up for you. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email confirming it, and you will be provided with instructions on how to get set up on the call.
You may also choose telephone sessions; however, please be aware that these are not as secure an option, unless we are using OnCall Health as our provider.
Thanks for your understanding! We are doing our very best to ensure that there are no service interruptions during this time. Please continue to adhere to the safety precautions being dictated by our public health and government departments. Remember that the media hype is making this appear much worse than it really is, and that we all need to look out for each other, more now than ever. Stay healthy and safe!
