Our office is fully open for in-person sessions. We also continue to offer virtual services for those who prefer it, or who reside outside of the Niagara Region.

Life is changing in a big way for all of us. An entire cohort of students are graduating from high school and university with no ceremony - no public recognition of their accomplishments. While the government is doing its very best to ensure that Canadians are covered for lost income, those on a fixed income are gaining no additional financial assistance at this time.
For that reason, we have expanded our "Affordable Therapy Rate" for those who meet the following criteria:
- Students under the age of 18 whose parents do not have Extended Health Benefits through their work
- Student over the age of 21 who is no longer eligible to participate in their parents' Extended Health Benefits and are not insured through their tuition
- Senior or adult currently on a fixed income from OAS, ODSP, or OW.
- In financial distress due to unemployment or other factor.

RACIAL TRAUMA RECOVERY GROUP
Trauma shatters the self and steals the voice. Racial trauma does the same, only the trauma is repeated due to the systemic barriers to equality and inclusion that exist at every level of society.
We believe it is possible to heal the self and restore one's identity even after horrific traumatic experiences. Our process in identity work fuses EMDR, REBT, and Reality Therapy into a powerful mechanism for reclaiming what trauma stole.

The program includes a workbook encompassing all the of the great tools we will use to reclaim the identity shattered by trauma.
